15 June: D DAY

After arriving at Taylor's University, we started to load the car with the necessities and books which we had collected for the library.

On our way to Serendah, we were caught in a heavy traffic jam due to the accidents on the road and finally we reached there around 11!(and we were supposed to be there at 1000, so we were late obviously )

Without further saying, we just get straight to work. I, of course, to help them to paint the base coat.

The job is easy, but without the ladder, the top part can barely be reached so we need to borrow the ladder from the team which is in charged of the exterior.

The other teams are team of doors and windows and the exterior painting teams, we all worked at the same time as the clock was ticking fast!

When the base coat was almost done, it's lunch time and we were all starving and decided to eat so we can work harder after that.

Here came the interesting part and the highlight of the library, the mural painting!
Our design  is cactus as it could be done within a limited time and the "experts" started to mix the paint so all can help in the painting part after they outline the cactus and succulents.

The one on the right was the cactus i helped to draw.

Here is the overall looking of your mural painting, it was simple but nice and it make this learning space more inviting.

After the mural was almost done, the furniture started to be moving in. Also, the upper part paiting was not done yet, so few of us starting to paint it by using the extended roller and ladder to finish up the rest.

And, when we were leaving, it's almost 2000 and although it exceeded the time we thought we will be finish but luckily we made it.

The last part, we helped out to throw the rubbish into the bin few meters away and we had a unforgettable experience as we all stepped on stinky mud (smells horrible) and the whole car just stinks.

After going back to Taylor's University, we had our dinner nearby and THAT'S A WRAP!
